Timber Trail Heights & Terraces - Resort hotel in Parwanoo - Solan, India

Waste of money . The location was good but the service, the rooms ,the treatment that we got was trash this hotel is the worst place We paid so much but we got the worst rooms the worst certains , TV was not cleaned everything was in the worst condition the toilet wasn't clean. The room was not clean it had a lot of dust . They don't have most of the facilities they show and they charge heavily for things they said we're complementary .Don't go there it is the worst place to spend your holidays . We decided to spend some time here after coming from timber trail resort by cable car. The resort is well maintained, flowers & beautiful plants everywhere. Places in & around the resort were breath taking. We sat there to enjoy the gentle breeze. Must visit at least once.

They are the worst. There are 2 ways to reach this place. 1. By timber trail which costs about 2k per person 2. By 2 hours drive. We went there by car and they didn't let us in. Reason was given that their policy is not let the people in who come by car. The reason however sounds absurd but it's the way of making money. They turned around 5 more cars before us which they were very proud to blab in front of us. We saw around 5 m9re cars going to the same place on our way back. The drive is not so easy and people on that road are usually for this resort only. Not just that, their place was dirty and half the property was under construction and out of order.

if you book the stay at Heights, you get a checkin n out pass from Timbertrail. it can be used only once. You need to purchase to avail it again. There are paid activities for kids, free indoor games are less. The food was good. The views were excellent during morning and evening. For me and my family, a day stay was enough as at Heights, there is hardly anything to explore. You can relax and enjoy nature.

A cable car ride offering breathtaking views of the Shivalik Hills and the surrounding landscape. The thrill of the ride and the stunning vistas make it a memorable picnic destination.

The location was good but the service, the rooms ,the treatment that we got was trash this hotel is the worst if I had to give the reviews and negative I would have given it minus 1000 this is the worst place that you could ever been the staff lied to us. We paid so much but we got the worst rooms the worst certains , TV was not cleaned everything was in the worst condition the toilet wasn't clean. The room was not clean it had a lot of dust . Below are the reason of my review: - After we came back from swim, we were not able to enter the room as room key card was not working. Surprisingly the master card was also not working. We informed the staff and asked for another which came back to us after around 30/40 mins. - We entered the room but still were waiting to get a key using which we can switch on the lights. Thing to notice here is, I have a 2.5 years daughter who was all wet back from pool and we are waiting for light to come before we can give her a warm bath. - In evening we ordered meal for babies. After waiting for an hour we got to know that we will not receive food as it was raining and they can only send it once rain stops. Shall I keep my kid starving for hours if rain doesn't stop. - We ordered stuffed paratha for kid for which we got plain paratha. I felt I should have kept some food for my kid. - Our fan started leaking which was just over our bed. We were still to have our dinner at that time and were waiting to know where will sleep in night. - Later we realised there was all water on the floor. My daughter was playing and socks got wet and she was already having cold after pool incident. - And in the end at the time when we were changing the rooms, we found out that my daughter was having around 100 fever. We had to take her to the other room in rain and wind. - Next morning, my daughter had 103 fever. We asked hotel to get some child medicine for which they replied that they dont have any facility to send anyone by foot or by drive to get the medicine and it will take like 3-4 hours to get the medicine. And they own 3 luxurious properties side by side without a car. - I wanted to give some lukewarm water to my daughter in fever for which I found that the kettle was not working. - I requested hotel restaurant to send some breakfast out of our buffet in our room as we couldnt leave our daughter in room for which they said that few of the items will be chargeable. I felt like after spending a fortune on the hotel property, I was a begger there asking and waiting for everything. I had very good image of the property, but the service was disastrous. If needed I can show my booking at the hotel, this is not a fake review!!

Awesome place..Can enjoy as a whole if you can book a resort there.We visited as a visitor .Costs Rs 1050 per head for ropeway..Can enjoy the hill view and nature..All resorts are luxury type and restaurants are too costly..Can stay upto 2hrs..Beyond that they charge extra..
