I use the store mainly for my grocery shopping. I would say it is the best place to do that here in chhatarpur. Every time I go there, I have good experience. The place is very cozy and staff is helpful. Only problem I feel there is of parking. The place don't have good parking arrangement.
The smart store has a lot of variety things in two floors and most of them has offers. The things are neatly kept and I could not find any chaos there. Upper section has all kinds of stationary items you need in normal family and office rooms. It also got textile section with much offers every time I went there. All the groceries you can find in the basement. You may have to avoid Sundays as it would be really rush there and one can expect a long line at the cash counter. Right before the exit, there is a small counter for ice creams and popcorn. Security will go through all your stuff. It was irritating first, but got used to it as it also helps us to have a better control on the shopped items.

Largest shopping mall of the city. Reliance Smart Bazar is operational in the mall. Dedicated parking space for 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler (Free as of now). Sooner many more business entity will be there.

The trainers here are very humble, and they cater to both girls and boys. The equipment is also in good condition, and they don't overcharge. The hall is fully air-conditioned as well.
