Back in 2020 lockdown,when all gyms were closed,so i decided to transform myself so i contacted calishut,and then i started my journey in calisthenics ,and and i reached 15 to 100 pushups in just one week...

I was not able to do single pushup in starting but now i can do 30 pushups just in 13 or 14 days .Best teacher i find.
