The average experience i had there. Staff are friendly and hassle-free check-in processes always. but the rooms are not up to the mark as my experience. doors aren't closed properly. not much cleaner. There always has only one towel for couples. The TV channel didn't always work. The food isn't good enough and is costlier than other restaurants. but I had there 5 times just because this is hassle-free check-in processes and no disturbance at all and most importantly it's a very private place for couples. I'll go again and again. but they need to improve the quality of rooms and foods.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Booked room for 3 nights could not stay for 1 night also. Dirty rooms, Dirty bathrooms. Broken AC & TV

Great experience. majestic hotel with majestic touch. room service is good and decorated is is very well condition. good service. nice windows and wonderful a/c. great experience.i went with my gf. this hotel is suitable for couples. rooms service is good. security's behavior is very good. safe and save hotel for family,s or couples.

The room is not so good but not so bad also the staffs behaviour are good they have hotel restaurant but they also refer outside food they gave you it with Dish and Spoon. I prefer to stay here if you want to stay for 2-3 days.

Rooms are good but maintenance should be better. The new manager now is better. Location is peaceful. Nearby shops and market is available. Swiggy service allowed. Room Service is good. Rs 1500 they charge for a ac double occupancy. 3 storied. Car and bike parking available outside the building. Running water and electricity no problem.

after driving 300 km i reached hotel at 10.30 pm.and no manager there. room service staff gave room which is very very small roughly of 80 sq feet and having bad smell. there were no any table , char or sofa to sit. tv was not working they changed it thirce till 12 pm night .even after this remote was not working . switches of very old window ac was not working and there were no remote of ac also. the window glass of bathroom was not fully closable so bathoom and hence room was fully occupied by large no. of insects . worste.. staffs are polite ....

Hotel was above average considering the price point. Water was available, power backup was there, 24*7 ac was on though it was window ac it was fine. service and behavior was at par, a bit on the arrogant side. Lift facility was there. The location is not too bad, its a prime location I would say. Now for the cons:rooms was very small, there was no proper lighting in the room, only a dim night lamp. The lamp in the bathroom was lot brighter than room. Batroom wasn't too much dirty, according to other reviews. Not even a complimentary water bottle in the room. No tea or coffee maker which other hotels provides at this budget which i have visited. Tv is a Crt monitor , very old, no cable tv connection. Bed was small too.
