Tiger Hills Resort - Hotel in Sethumadai - Coimbatore, India

We stayed for 1 night with our 2yrs old kid. Whole experience was good! Pros: Location Staff Tasty food, home style preparation Cons Play area to be improved a little more No regulators for Fan (we stayed in non ac room) As the climate was too hot we couldn't enjoy much! We stayed during Feb 3rd week. Would recommend this place to others!

Excellent stay. Staff were very courteous. Manager Karthik was especially ensuring we hav good food. Lunch was arranged at a short notice, we were tired after a long drive from Chennai. Resort cook ensured that we had our full breakfast before we started to move to perambikulam. Food was homely and rooms were neat and clean.

Food was good but very very expensive. There is no A/C and it's very hot outside and inside the room during October, the TV was not working and the staffs were not serious to take care our request for TV. The kitchen is outsourced and the hospitality was very poor. We paid 3300 for a room inclusive of breakfast, but we realized that it overpriced for the room and facilities provided. We Don't refer this resort to anyone as per our experience.

Good property spread over a wide area of land. Fairly well maintained cottages, neat and tidy. Great vegetarian breakfast, tasty and healthy. A la carte lunch and non veg dishes could be improved. Friendly staff members. Pricing is a bit high for the property.

it's a old Villa style resort. food is expensive and they take at least couple of hours to prepare . no proper lights at night and scary outside in dark. limited amenities and most of them are very old. better for group stay who love forest style as it's really scary at night in the dark with old style villas. rooms are clean but better watch insects outside in dark.

We booked two rooms and stayed here in 22-Dec. Neat rooms, friendly staff, excellent location and cottages in the middle of a large to enjoy nature. What's more, they had two bicycles which my cousin and me used for a ride in the evening around sunset to go till the TopSlip checkpost and enjoyed the fresh air. Overall, loved the place!

Good location just before Forest check post. Beyond that you can stay only in forest accomodations. Rooms are spacious in English type bungalows. They have adventure activities, cycling and children's play area within the multi acre resort. Free Breakfast is good but they will charge for omlet, french toast, etc. Tea/Coffee, Dinner will take at least 1.5 hours. Order in advance or you will regret. We were very disappointed on food service otherwise it was a great stay if you plan for Topslip and Parambikulam.

Lovely resort in the making, their swimming pool is being built, with the heat very much required... Though the lovely breeze throughout makes up for the heat... Beautiful cottages built with an old world charm... The food was awesome, gave the chef our compliments at every meal... Warm staff, very friendly... Definitely recommend as a family getaway... Just abt 100 meters from the Parambikulam Tiger Reserve checkpost...
