Tiger Heritage Homestay - Home Stay in Joida - Uttara Kannada, India

Decent stay. Rooms are ok ok. Won't recommend for couples. But best for bachelors and families to enjoy the vibe. It has awesome ambience. Car parking is available. Food was very bad and the resort has very poor maintenance. It's just 1km from joida and approx 23km from dandeli. For bachelors, there's a hangout place in this resort, where u can cook for urself and have party with loud music. No problem for those things. I gave 3 only because of poor maintenance and bad food. Rest all is very nice.

Pros: All staff are owners of the hotel. Apart from that, nothing is great. Cons: No reception It's not a great room No ambience Service is Pathetic. A normal lodge would be better to stay than driving longer distance and staying in this place. Never recommend for anyone to stay.

The overall experience could have been better. The day we reached there was no staff or electricity at the homestay to welcome us aboard. We had to wait close to 30 mins to get the room. The approach road into the homestay was a bad experience, it was prepared with jelly stones so for 3 days we had to park our Car 100mts away from location.There were no suggestions/recommendations coming from the Homestay owner on what activities we could do inspite of persistent asking.Information in general otherwise was not very easily available in the locality on what activities/places we can visit.The food price was way too expensive and we consciously drove down to the Town to have our 3 meals. The overall place is maintained averagely in terms of Garden, Facilities(Bedsheets, Soap & Towels- were not given to us by default. It necessitated us to ask for it). There was absolutely no Mobile Network at location except for BSNL.No arrangements were made for us at convenience to use a Phone or Internet.

Yes it's good, hospitality is good. Food is good and those who say it's quite expensive, consider the span of business it's just week end business but needs to maintain staff for sen days. Ya their is as scope of improvement on cleanliness front.Rest everything is fine.

One of the best resort in dandeli...food quality is super....and it is having a natural jaccuji bath....we enjoyed alot there

Rooms are good. The property owner Wilson is very nice, but the care taker women is greedy for money. Please be informed that they will give you water bottles initially but they will charge u in the end. Food is nice but is very costly considering the ambience of the place in which food is served. I have a mixed review only because of care taker women's greedy behaviour. Women is very unprofessional. I would say there are definitely better properties near to Kali river at a good cost like white water resort near Ganesh gudi. This property is 25 km away from Dandeli. Research and find a better option . Opt this only if I don't find any other options
