Well equipped gym. Trainer is also good. He has won many body building championships. But the gym is not so Hi-Tech like you will find in big cities. N yes, there is no AC present, inspite its needed because its Trichy. But what else u can expect from a budget gym.

Have all the equipments....except the electric operated machines...which is really don't needed. Only the problem is good ventilation..other than that a excellent gym
