I have been training with Trainer Saleem and he has been incredibly supportive in my fitness journey. I joined tiger gym recently under the guidance of my personal trainer Salim. Excellent at assessing my strengths and weaknesses, he created an individualised plan for me which already shows promising results. Only after my retirement from service in the age of 56, I could join in the Tiger Gym, Sreekariam. The Gym is well maintained, clean and comfortable in all respects. All the Trainers are very friendly and co-operative. With my Personal Trainer Sri.Salim from Wayanad, I am really happy. He is very sincere in his duty as a studied trainer.
