First of all a big thanks to Vyshak sir for helping me to achieve the successful weight loss journey. I have started this journey with lot of health issues but the way vyshak sir interacted with me regarding my health issues is more comfortable and he guided me very well . Your teaching and motivational skills are amazing. And I must say that your in-depth knowledge about health and fitness is outstanding.(especially the practical knowledge about each exercise and explanation of scientific reason behind each movements) I thank you for all your support and guidance sir. Note : if anyone looking for any fitness related Goals, guys trust me this is the best option .

We started our journey towards getting fit somewhere around February 2023. My husband and I had different expectations since I was working out on my own before and had lost weight. I wanted to maintain my weight and also get toned, whereas my husband was a newbie and had decided to just start his journey towards fitness. I still remember he could not even do 5 jumping jacks and could hardly hold an elbow plank for 10 seconds. On the other hand, though I had lost weight, I was lacking strength, with weak core and shoulders and terrible knees. I couldn't do even a single lunge and could hardly do squats! That is when we decided to have a personal trainer and we went to tiger fit gym and met vyshak. I must admit that he is a fantastic PT one can have in their lives. He curates workout sessions that fit your requirements and expectations perfectly. His sessions are super fun yet challenging, never boring and trust me you will end up looking forward to them! He knows perfectly how far one can go and pushes you gently to achieve your goal without making you feel stressed or overwhelmed. There were times when we would give up but Vyshak never lgave up on us. He kept pushing us gently with patience and now my husband can do 50-60 jumping jacks, can hold elbow plank up to 4 mins and I can do lunges and squats with ease :) A wonderful person, always smiling and the best PT in the town! Never behind money. His only focus is to make his clients fit and healthy. Thank you very much for guiding us on our fitness journey Vyshak . Working out is super fun with you. Keep rocking!

With a wide variety of equipments and space , one can invest time in both weight training and ground exercises. An area away from city yet easily accessible adds on to its location. Such a friendly and comfortable environment for ladies as well. I'd say I'm such a happy and satisfied client & join Tiger fitness to witness the difference on your own.

It is an amazing place to workout and get your sweats out. The gym is spacious and has various equipments to get you toned. The trainers are really trained and helpful. The workout routine given by them really helps you to reduce weight if you are truly committed to it
