Tiger Fall -Chakrata - Tourist attraction in Chakrata, Kanaser Range - Dehradun, India

The most beautiful, untouched waterfall. less populated tourist place indeed.There's trek route as well as directly reach near the tiger fall by vehicle. Hardly 1km of trek starts from the view point. And 5km trek starts from Chakrata. you need to buy ticket of rs 30. There are many home stay near the water fall. Very peaceful place to visit with friends and family . best time to visit- summer Nearest city- Dehradun Last petrol pump located in this area. You'll definitely love this waterfall.

Nice place but crowded, go on off time, fall is Big Enough, better to go with Trek, High Risk if you drive a 2*2 Car till the end, Entry ticket is there and car parking is 50Rs. Good For family Traveller, Avoid Bathing.

Changing rooms and other facilities were not so clean, we had to change outside. The fall is pretty but the crowd is too much. It's very refreshing to take a dip in the water though. The Trek to the waterfall is very pretty and not that long. I would suggest take the walking route down and take the bolero taxi while going up.

It is very easy to reach with your personal vehicle with a 30rs entry ticket for the waterfall. Hardly 2 minutes of trekking for the fall and you can get a decent option of food and tea. Once in life of place to visit.

Should be a must visit place in your check list if you are visiting Chakrata. Beautiful and highest direct waterfall in India. Earlier, track was the only way to reach this waterfall but now you can drive till100 meters before waterfall. Also, ticket price is Rs. 30 per person

Hi, Chakrata is basically an unexplored hill station. But, for a few years only, people started exploring it and found this Strong waterfall - The Tiger Waterfall. I suggest you visit this place at least once in your life, otherwise you will miss a sexy and a very beautiful water moment. This is so strong waterfall and it's droplets will come to you even though you will be 50 feets away from it. It's an amazing feeling when you are there. Be careful as well while enjoying. There is a ticket system for this place and you may find a ticket before 1 km of The Tiger Waterfall. At Tiger Waterfall, there is 1-2 shops for tea and coffee + Maggie and all.
