Our child born in 30 Weeker,wt-1.600 gm Child admitted in NICU. We all are happy with Hospital hygiene and administration,every each in hospital humble. Staff is very Cooperative. Doctors are expert and ensured speedly recovery.tysm all sisters and doctors

The hospital was clean and the cleaning staff were awesome and very cooperative. Overall was a very good experience, but : 1) They delayed our birth certificate processing causing a lot of financial and scheduling hardships 2) The pharmacy charged us 10,000 randomly, when I asked them why, they gave me a super blurry receipt saying it is all written there. 3) They make you run around a lot. I wish they did it more efficiently. Delivery is a time when you want to spend time with your spouse and kid. Not run around the hospital, running errands for nurses and doctors. It would have been a 100% awesome experience but mainly the first two points made us leave on a bad note

The hospital has been very cooperative on getting me operated and hospitalized for sinusitis by Dr. Shweta Baviskar. She is extremely approachable and friendly in treating her patients with utmost care and information. Thank you Dr. Shweta and her team for a successful surgery and recovery. My only feedback would be for the orchid deluxe room where I was admitted if the partition could be removed or some setup for the relative to be next to the patient as it was very inconvenient to call the relative on the other side where a sofa setup was provided.

I genuinely believe doctor is not someone who just cure illness of the patient but also boosts the morale of the patient so that they can feel much better than ever. Dr Shweta Bhaviskar performed my tonsil surgery. She is the good surgeon. She always give sufficient time to her patients & gives good advice. Titan staff is good in nature & very supportive.

It was really great experience. I would like to thank all the nursing staff and doctors ( Dr Santosh Wagh, Dr Amol Pawar and Dr Ashish Singh) for taking good care of my daughter. Housekeeping staff is very good The best part is they treat you as your family. Would recommend the hospital.

Experience is very good. Staff is very cooperative. Doctors are expert and ensured speedy recovery . Insurance claim was very well supported by Accounts without much follow up. Cleanliness and Hygiene deserves very good rating.

Worst experience, pathetic service, The interns and nurses had no information on timelines for doctor's visits... Not a single diagnosis service available, they ask you to take your patient to diagnosis center for MRI/Citiscan where patient mobilisation needs to be taken care by patients family and no help provided by hospital for the same. How are you going to take your patient to nearby center for above test if he cant walk.... I was very dissatisfied with the type of care my mom (Age 54) received. She is no more because of this hospital, Tieten hospital is business oriented and no timely treatment and care. The Tieten doctors did not diagnose her properly and one doctor kept referring to other in order to get test done eventually get the more money of patient. Wrong hospital cost my mother life. This guilt and regret of choosing wrong hospital, i have to carry for rest of my life.
