Ticlo Resorts - Resort hotel in Calangute - North Goa, India

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ticlo Resort, and my experience was nothing short of delightful. From the warm and welcoming staff to the impeccable room service, this charming establishment left a lasting impression.The heart and soul of Ticlo Resort undoubtedly lie in its remarkable staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a level of hospitality that made me feel like a valued guest. The front desk team was not only efficient but also incredibly helpful, providing valuable local insights and assisting with any inquiries I had.The room service was prompt and efficient.

It was a wonderful stay at Ticlo Resort Goa. The position of this hotel is too convenient. It is situated 2-3 minutes walking distance from beach and Just Half Minutes walking distance from Bus Stand. The whole Calangute and Baga Market, Tito's Lane and Top Restaurants are accessible from this resort. From Reception to room service to Restuarant Service everything was very good. Huge parking area, swimming pool area available.

Their lack of courtesy and willingness to assist left a sour taste in my mouth. It's disheartening to see a hospitality establishment neglecting the basic principles of customer service. The breakfast service was equally underwhelming. The food options were limited and lacked quality. Not only were the choices limited, but the taste and presentation of the dishes were far from satisfactory. It felt like the hotel was cutting corners and not putting in the effort to provide a decent dining experience. As if that wasn't enough, the mosquito situation in the room was horrendous. Despite my efforts to keep the windows closed and use mosquito repellent, the room seemed to be a breeding ground for these pests. A peaceful night's sleep was out of the question, as I spent most of my time swatting away mosquitoes. All in all, my stay at Ticlo was a complete letdown. The combination of unhelpful staff, subpar breakfast services, and an uncontrollable mosquito problem made it impossible for me to enjoy my time there. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to think twice and explore other options in the area. Your vacation deserves better than what Ticlo has to offer.

Had a very good experience during our 3 days of stay. Rooms were clean and hygienic , service was on time, clean pool and good breakfast. Resort location is very good too, as beaches are close by and local market and clubs are near too.

I strongly advise fellow travelers to carefully consider their options before booking a stay here. Your experience deserves better than what Ticlo currently offers.

Staff is too rude and needs some training. The amenities do not justify the cost. And do not take any taxi service from the resort at any cost, they are thieves. In the middle of the trip, they started demanding for more money and started abusing when denied. You can surely get better hotels/resort in the same area at that price point.

Wonderful staff and room! Shower is hot, view is nice, walls are thick so youre not bothered by neighbors. Just remember to bring your passport and visa if you don't have an Indian ID.
