I'm here as a working professional and watched many things closely. #If you want to enter inside then you must have a valid proof or appointment means good security services. #A good cleaning services on daily basis # Good canteen services at ground floor with only South Indian Food, Juice and snacks. # Multilayer parking service #10+ Known companies like Biocon etc. So over all everything is excellent with nearby Thiruvanmiyur railway station.

It has mostly chemical/medication based company and less number of IT company. Has common pantery in the ground floor. Lift facility is also good. There 3 floors for parking.

Good environment but not enough shops on cafeteria

Basement needs to be revamped, Sewer Lines needs to be properly aligned and sealed. Other than that. Well and Good !!

Inside the Bio park companies are good but the Ticel management is worst they are not managed rest rooms properly.
