So today I visited Tibbs frankie of Phoenix mall Kurla, Mumbai. I ordered and made my payment. We received the order on time as well. I had scanned and paid the bill that is I used QR code. While serving food the service staff Mr. Javed gives me cash of my total bill. I was stunned and when I asked he mentioned I paid twice the bill amount through scan. Such an honest man. Good deeds. Tibb's has always been serving the best rolls for more than a decade now. Loved each and every roll. Delicious filling, soft well cooked maida/wheat. They have a wheat option that itself makes it amazing. They have a special month end offer. Last Wednesday of each month you get all rolls for only Rs 99. Lazy staff. Forgot my order even when there were no other customers. Then made it in a hurry after I reminded them. Please retrain them or hire new staff which have more interest in customer service.
It's just OK place for non-vagatable Frankie's. I tried their non vegetarian Frankie's that was best. But when I eaten their veg Franky I don't found it fund. It had some stikyness with Franky. When eating Franky it gets firstly cut into places. Secondly the Franky not taste tasty. I had tried something like potato Franky. Thirdly they Things in Franky like Subji was sticking weirdly out of Franky. That was annoying at you paid as I paid good amount as compared to KFC with this. Thank you. Tibbs frankie is one of my favourite dish but this outlet Frankies quality is very bad , the roti was very thick and stuffing was also very less , taste is also ok , service was very poor , it took almost 20 25min to deliver Frankie .
