I have shopped with Tibarumal Ramnivas Jewellers last year end and they have a nice collection of jewelry which shows the finesse of their work. Their customer service is amazing. I have worked with Jalendar when purchasing a jewelry set. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and ensured I was satisfied with my purchase and has always answered all the questions I had and was very responsive. I had some last minute changes with respect to shipping and he did his best to accommodate and has help me with that. I will definitely shop again at Tibarumal due to their professionalism and great customer service.

The staff is good and they have good COVID protocols in place. The variety was limited but we were able to find what we were looking for. Some billing issue, however, it was resolved after 2 days. I ordered 2 rings out of which they messed one of them and kept pushing the delivery time for 2 days. Upon pointing that one of the ring had a bad shape and needs a fix, they weren't open to accept and fix it.
