Tiaraa Hotels & Resorts - Resort hotel in Ramnagar, Shivlalpur Khazanchi - Nainital, India

We stayed at this resort for my cousin's destination wedding. It's a really good property, rooms are very good, staff was courteous, the lawns, banquets, and swimming pool is of decent size. The food tasted really good. Would definitely recommend this place in Corbett to all visitors.

One of the best resort I have ever been in Also hospitality and the staff is so much kind to be specially mentioned and humble. Anshul and Santosh was very humble and magnanimous guys that had gave the service to us. Will come back for sure and everyone must pay a visit . mr Vijay was very successful in the task of handling their management and be effective and efficient on time

Hotels that scare away their customers often have a problem with cleanliness, elementary hygiene, while staff members don't understand the rules of hospitality. These are just the basics that hotels need to get right, though. What makes hotels more than average, quality-wise, is a mix of small and large things that create a wholesome atmosphere.

Amazing Resort for stay. The staff is very helpful and courteous. You always see smile on their face. The pool is big and nice. The gaming zone is nice. The open garden area is big enough to play cricket. We played for 2 hours. The mango and Lichi trees add to the beauty and you can pluck fresh fruits from the trees The rooms are big and nice

This property is of The Blue Orchid group but truelly saying that they at hotel are making the name let down by their pathetic service. The rooms are untidy and unhinged the front desk staff are very rude to the customer and are not trained well. I do not recommend this hotel to others.

It was a wonderful stay at Tiarra. Everything right from rooms, extern area, fun zone,pool and staff with smiling faces. I highly recommend Tiarra. Come and enjoy and thank me later.

Best place value for money the best hospitality and the staff were so kind and helpful especially Arshad . The food was just awesome great dining experience they got best chefs in town I would to recommend it to all other people who are gonna visit jim Corbett .

Hotel premises is very good . But the service is very poor. your reception staff behavior (special french beared guy) towards customer is not good. I requested more than 10 times regarding bath tub but there is no solution. And when i complaint about this he said thanku sir ... Very poor service and behaviour too.
