It is the oldest Ford Motors dealer in the North East. Though the sales is stopped totally, services part is going very nice and smoothly. I have been here for my Figo's 70000 km servicing and I am very happy to see the quality service standard. All necessary things like Tyre, breaks, batteries, air conditioning are thoroughly checked. The staff is helpful and cordial for the most part. They have a lounge area with a coffee machine much like every other place. So the key here is the work ethics. If you're in an emergency and inform them about it, they do try to be flexible with their hours for that extra mile.
