The hospital is very particular in terms of cleanliness and crowd management to keep the ambiance as relaxed as possible for the patients. The doctor faculty is very experienced and polite with timely follow ups and addressing concerns. Very happy with the line of treatment. Even the sisters and all concerned staff are supportive and caring.
One of the worst experiences I had, Even though the doctors and and the floor staff and nurses are good at their duty and polite in general. The security and the lift staff are extremely annoying, poking and rude. They don't have manners to speak and for every visit they kept on poking me and my family with numerous questions before they let us inside the hospital door. They behaved as though we were there to loot their homes. It was a headache handling the questions of security and liftmens when you are the family of the patient and rushing in & out for various responsibilities.
Even though uptil now we had 5 people admitted to this hospital, i don't feel that next time any of our family member would be admitted here neither would i recommend to anyone else, If you want peace of mind during hospitalization, Please admit your loved onces somewhere else.
I whole heartedly thank doctors of thunga team and all nursing staffs of ICU thunga saved by better half from the very critical condition with great care and treatment, saves my wife's life and gave her new life. There is no words to praise the thunga doctors and the sincere nursing staff.
Worst hospital I have seen in my life. It's just sucking your money and play smartly with patients life and relatives emotions. It should be ban. One of the hell doctor is here Dr. Sushant Yadav. He should be ban of the doctor practice and put in the mental hospital as soon as possible. He can be more dangerous for other patients also.

Every patients gets food according to their medical problem. Food quantity may be less, though quality was reasonably good considering patient requirements.

My dad had fracture in his hip, we brought him here on Diwali morning thanks to the staff they were quick as we brought him here he was immediately taken to take xray and was diagnosed with fracture next day surgery was scheduled and it went very successful...thanks to Dr. Chintan Hegde.
