Hospital is perfect & they have a good staff but they need to work on the sittings arrangements specially in the ward next to patients. It makes difficult for some one to sit whole night or day on a steel stool next to the patient. They can atleast keep a chair with a back support.

Worst experience ever. These guys take your admission in ICU and then do jot let you meet the patient properly to know if they are getting treated properly. Also, staff do not listen to patients even if they call them multiple times for their pain. May father didn't feel any change even after discharge. Also, excess billing on doctors visit and other ICU stuff
Doctors and nursing staff is really commendable , but their is lot of issues about related to parking , if you want to come here for visit than you should come from public transport only because here you cannot park your single bike also in premises
It was great experience.Staffs and doctors are good and take care of patients on regular intervals. Especially third floor staffs are way too polite and humble,they all gave valuable advice during my hospitalization. Hospitality was great
I know from my one review nothing is going to change in the attitude of the hospital staff. I request the gentle attention of the hospital owner & mangement team. 1. Very much rude & arrogant seceruty staff which was not like this earlier. 2. Not at all friendly reception staff. 3. Not allowing relatives of patient to enter & wait inside the 1st floor OPD waiting room which has fan & AC. 4. Relatives of patient have to wait outside where no fan & AC which has very hot temporary ceiling. Hospital is taking charges of AC but relatives are bound to suffer outside hot temperature. An individual who resides in AC house, drives AC car and works in AC environment is bound to wait in hot temperature after paying heavy amount. In short worst experience that's why I think the number of patients in this hospital drastically decreased in compared to past. If it is not improved then slowly the goodwill will be diminished.
Experience was good, but only thing was patient relatives coming from far was not allowed to visit patients due to policy which should be increased and atleast allowed to visit for 2-3 minute. Doctors visit also not scheduled proper. Staff dont have proper details about when will doctor come and time of thier visit they just mention time and then increase to next interval until doctor actually arrives.
Billing staff here is very rude, they ask you to wait for something and when you ask them estimatiom, reply is " just aadha Ek ghanta" And trust me job is not more than 10 minutes. I speak this when the counter is empty. But trust me few nursing staff are very cautious. This needs to improvie
