Thumboormuzhi Hanging Bridge - Tourist attraction in Chalakudy, Ayyampuzha - Thrissur, India

This is a beautiful place to spend around 30 minutes of your time. It's best to visit during the evening when you can experience the cool breeze. The entry ticket is approximately 20 rupees. Parking space is available for cars. The bridge is constructed in a hanging style, allowing you to walk across and visit the butterfly park on the opposite side. The ticket sales for the hanging bridge close at 5:30 PM, while the butterfly park closes at 5 PM. From the hanging bridge, you can enjoy the view of the Chalakudy River flowing beneath, which is a pleasant and unique experience. I've also shared a few photos capturing this view. If you find some free time in the evening or morning, I recommend visiting this place.

A great scenic spot on the way to athirampally falls. During my visit though water level was low the sheer beauty of this place made me like this. One can take good volume of selfies with this location. You have to pay entry fees which is allowed for both bridge and butterfly park. The sound of water flow is so relaxing. If climate supports you this is the best place to spend watching nature

It's inside Thumboormuzhi River Garden. It's such an amazing view overlooking the river. It feels great to walk on the hanging bridge and see the river below. The whole view of the river/dam is absolutely mesmerising. We really had a great time here. Ticket to enter the garden is for 20Rs and cash only

Good picnic point. View from hanging bridge is really wonderful. It is a beautiful place surrounding with Waterfalls and Rocks. There is a butterfly park.park is really Children's friendly. From the entrance, we have to take the entry fee. Parking is available with parking fee Tea, snacks ice creams are available at normal price. Plants and trees are giving positive feel to the environment. And a lot of butterflies are found in the park. The hanging bridge is joined the thumboormuzhy with ezhattumugham.

A very good place to spend quality time with your loved one. The view of the chalakuddy river from the bridge is really marvellous especially in the rainy season. If you are planning to visit athirapilly waterfall then you might visit here once. This is on the way to athirapilly.

A garden with good ambiance. The garden is situated on the way to athirapilly which makes your journey worth. Better to visit in the afternoon after visiting athirapilly. There is a butterfly garden, hanging bridge and childrens park. Except in the heavy rains, they will allow you to get into water. Tickets are available only upto 5 pm. If u get ticket within 5 pm , u can enjoy and it close only after 6.

Nice structured. But shaking for very few members less 15 ppl. Great view. Try if your going for athirapally falls. Entry fee Rs.20 each.
