I was at 105kg while joining this gym and i also had pcod problem. After joining this gym I could see much of difference. I have reduced 12kgs and the trainer guided me with diet chart and motivated me for this weightloss journey

The good and quality gym in Pollachi, I have not ever seen like this kind of gym in Pollachi area. Well professional Trainer and having good relationship with all the trainees... I relay love this Gym...
The training here is really good. The trainer in the gymnasium knows his stuff and he helps others with their goals. He notes the body dimensions and your weight fluctuations periodically, and helps you change your body to your wish
