I went to this place a month ago and it was very terrible for me as it had a very long queue for the assistant to hear the mobiles devices problems and let us free going to this mobile service centre took almost a day out of me and I had more important things to do other than this first you have to take a token and wait for our turn for the time of payment and receiving of the repaired phone it only took a half an hour for it as it was already repaired and held for taking and I was properly informed but submitting my device was very hard due to the que. Like the review if i helped

I can't rate zero in this platform so I rate one and that star goes to security guard the only one person there with a good attitude. My issue not solved and I consulted one local technician and he resolved the issue within 5 minutes. It is terrible, India's top selling phone company didn't have a good service centre in Thrissur. Give some training to customer care executive to improve attitude towards customers and quality of dealing.
