They provide good medical care. They have very experienced doctors and diagnose the disease easily than any other hospitals. Hospital is always crowded as the treatment is free. So it will be better to go early to book OP tickets.

Too crowded and busy always. You should have a lot of time and come early here for treatment. Free* treatments & medicines (from pharmacy) for everyone. If you have a BPL ration card, bring them for complete free.

Best medical treatment you will get from here... Doctors are excellent with good Knowledge.Very helpful Dr's.. If you are around 8 to 9 need to wait for op tickets parking big space available, recently they start charging 20 rs for one day. Restaurants, Atm, post office, pharmacy, photocopyshops all are available inside the medical college. Always i suggest to choose medical colleges for your medical treatments.

Most time consuming is to get OP ticket. Its better to reach around 7 am to get OP ticket quickly. After 8 am you have to wait long hours to get it, if you have any relative or friend working here its easy to get OP ticket from staff counter. Doctors are very kind enough. For BPL and RSBY health card owners have free treatments. CT scan, MRI scan are always booking completed for next month.

Yes very large good campus, but in very pathetic condition, Oh the staffs too, Doctors are good and dedicated I believe, since the doctor we met patiently listened to us and gave required advise. Ofcourse the treatment is free and it's a great relief, but the poor public will get additional sickness from there due to the unhygienic conditions. We have seen many cats roaming in the wards and dogs in the campus, even seen feces on one of staircase landing. "Treating people"and health department used to advice the public about the hygiene, thanks for that but look at their campus. Humble Request first clean your workplaces, premises and then advice poor public. When we enquire the way to a block one of the staff nurse showed some unpleasant actions and walked away, someone even don't mind us. The enquiry section is waste. No wonder why the peopled are compelled to go to private hospitals even they loot people. All time Health ministry is also responsible.

Kudos to the health ministry of Kerala, this government medical college is professionally managed. Neatly maintained, experienced doctors and staff.

Consultation is free. Diagnosis is almost free. The treatment is free. We get many of the medicines free. The doctors are most efficient. And then what is wrong with MCH? Nothing disappointed me except the lack of queue system and journey from one queue to another. The staff enters with their friends and they don't have any queue. The central database is connected, but it is not utilized for the eradication of queue system. Dr. Murali for lungs treatment is the best.

As someone who has visited Government Medical College Thrissur, I must say that the doctors here are truly commendable for their dedication towards helping people. It is remarkable how hardworking they are, given the high volume of patients that visit the hospital. Moreover, the availability of all necessary facilities and free consultation and medicines for children up to 12 years old is truly great also there's ATMs, Restuarants available. Overall, the medical college is a leading center of medical education in Kerala and plays a vital role in providing quality healthcare to the people.
