It's a wonderful place to learn yoga. They follow the real authentic style of practicing yoga.while I did my basic course there, I was really influenced by the my Gurus and pursued the advanced teachers training course. When we do the basic course, we naturally flow into the Asanas very smoothly .that is how the Gurus there prepare each one of us
Systematic way of teaching with individual attention. Teachers correct the postures based on a one to one approach understanding the capacity of each student. Breathing along with each posture is instructed very well. Years of experiance of training is reflected in their teaching. Highly recommended.
Thank you Thrissur District Yoga Association for conducting an excellent session for basic students for two months. Yoga is the most potent healing gift I have ever given myself. The teachers are excellent at the Center . Our Guru was Gopinathan Sir , his way of taking the class is very good which can easily be adapted by the students in the simplest way for the beginners like me. It is the best yoga class in Kerala with excellent teachers who are taking the classes step by step. They are also conducting yoga therapy from basic course to advanced and yoga therapy for various diseases etc.. and I am blessed to be their student. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone who wish to learn yoga.
