The Vanilla shake was ok and chocolate shake was good.
bought halwa , chips and prawn pickles, chakka varuthathu ( over burnt) ,achappam,neyappam and chamanthi...everything tasted below average compared to the other places...never ever going back..aluva was new and fresh soft but tasted horrible..just sugar....staff doesn't care...no customer service...I haven't opened chamanthi and achappam..no hope for that anyways..

It's a pretty good bakery, but it's usually packed... which states that the quality is pretty good.
They have good and wide variety of snacks, puffs, sandwiches, cakes, pastries and sweets.
Besides these also have chapattis, porotta, appams, side dishes and curries.
Along side they do offer Arabic Shavayi and Shawarma.
The only major drawback is the space constraints especially the dine-in and parking due to its prime location can be a pain during peak hours.
On the whole it is a wonderful bakery the staffs and management are very friendly and welcoming.
One of the best bakers in town. I think they have 3 stores in Chengannur. Staff are friendly. Services are good. All types of bakery items are available. This store has no parking but the one at international trade centre has a good parking facility.
Extremely poor customer focus. I visited the bakery during Xmas to buy some sweets and heard the person at counter-not sure if it's owner or manager-shouting at the lady who was helping me choose. He clearly said let him take what's there else let him go. Absolutely aggressive first time experience. Will never visit the store. Very bad overconfidence and attitude...
Nice place for short eats like puffs and cake. Their meat puffs are particularly tasty but for those who don't want their food microwaved, please let your waiter not to nuke em!
