Title: A Nightmare at Thrill and Ride Waterpark Jalandhar Rating: (1/5) I recently had the misfortune of visiting the Thrill and Ride Waterpark in Jalandhar, and I can honestly say that it was one of the worst experiences of my life. From the moment I stepped foot inside the park, I was met with disappointment after disappointment. First of all, the cleanliness of this place was appalling. The water in the pools looked murky and unclean, and the changing rooms resembled something out of a horror movie. The lack of hygiene standards was not only noticeable but also disturbing, making me question the safety of the water and the overall environment. Speaking of safety, it felt like the park had absolutely no regard for the well-being of its visitors. The rides were rickety and poorly maintained, and it seemed like there was a complete lack of trained staff to ensure the rides were operating safely. I witnessed several instances where customers were left unsupervised, and some rides even appeared to be on the verge of breaking down. To make matters worse, the staff at Thrill and Ride Waterpark were incredibly rude and unprofessional. It was as if they had no interest in providing any sort of customer service. The employees seemed disinterested in helping guests. Rides: Only 1 ride was in working condition. Rest all rides were completely shut. Completely waste of money visit. Not a single staff member was present to guide and help customers to go on rides. Safety and security is a major question at this park. In conclusion, my visit to Thrill and Ride Waterpark in Jalandhar was a complete disaster. From the unsanitary conditions to the poorly maintained rides and the unprofessional staff, there was absolutely nothing redeeming about this experience. I strongly advise anyone considering a visit to this waterpark to save their money and their sanity by avoiding it at all costs. There are undoubtedly much better and safer options available for a day of water-based fun.
Total price is 400 rs per person, costume you need to take on rent and lockers are available but two star for this because the washrooms are smelling and there was no hygiene in the cafe. Overall good time spent with friends.. One thing is very good that they have different zone for kids and families
What an experience .totally amazed we really enjoyed alot they have great and various collection of rides. Although fresh and clean water which is safe for your child. They introduce us a new adventure rope cycling. It's totally worth it.. 10 out of 10
They don't have any first aid & life safety gurads even the water was dirty we found many insects in water & an accident in front of us....so that's why we could not enjoy....I will suggest not to go in this water park if you love your loved ones

Overall is good, for water activities it's great.
I would not recommend anyone to come and waste their hard earned money here because it is ppppnot at all worth the money they charge. If I had an option to give less than 1 star I would have given it negative rating. Cafe charges more than MRP which is against Government policy . Timings shown online were 6:30 PM but they started winding up at 5:45 PM and it was all closed at 6:00 PM and that also during July month.
