Lord Shiva's Temple. This Temple is one of biggest temples in Kothamangalam. It's a very calm Temple. The idol here is Shivling. The other idols are of Lord Ganesha, Lord Shasta, Virabhadra, and 7 goddess - (Brahmi, Kaumari, Maheshwari, Vaishnavi, Varahi, Indrani, Chamundi). The Temple has a large pond. There is also a Parushurama Temple in front of the temple. The goddess in the nearby Devi Temple faces towards this Temple.

Centuries old Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Only three km from nearby Kothamangalam . Visitors from Ernakulam to Munnar could take a small detour and see this beautiful old temple and offer prayers here. Enroute Perumbavoor-Kothamangalam on AM ROAD ( Aluva-Munnar Road) there is a junction known as Thankalam. Take left deviation from here to reach the temple.
