We booked our trip to Seychelles through Thousand Miles from "Travel Triangle" in the month of October 2022 for our trip in February 2023. As per the iterinary provided we were to go to the Fond Ferdinand trail on the 3rd day. We packed & dressed for the same but the representative in the morning told us that we would be going for the La Digue Tour. There was no update/ information from Travel Triangle & Thousand Miles. Once we arrived in Seychelles, Thousand Miles used to tell us to contact the local representative for any issue/information. For the Fond Ferdinand trail We were told to be ready at 10am as per the itenary. However in the morning at around 8.30am and we get a call that the pick up would be at 9am because there's only one tour which will happen or we would miss the slot. It was impossible for us to get ready and have breakfast to be on time for the tour. After telling them that we couldn't be ready in time, they themselves arranged for a private tour for the Fond Ferdinand trail. On the last day we were asked to pay 100euros for the private tour. We never asked for a private tour nor were we informed about any additional charges. The pick ups were usually late, which kept us waiting for some time. And the most enraging issue amongst all was Mr. Gurbhajnik Singh from Thousand Miles Not answering/cutting our calls when we wanted to have a conversation about all the happenings. We had a horrible experience with Travel Triangle & Thousand Miles.

I recently travelled to Bali for 4-weeks. The trip was beautifully organized by Thousand Miles. Starting from receiving us at the airport and ending the trip with complimentary sunset dinner cruise the whole trip went awesome. It was recommended to me by my frnd as he has travelled with them too. Thank You Thousand miles. I will definitely recommend others.

This was the most amazing and fulfilling holiday we have taken. It was extremely well organized with educated and personable guides. The selection of hotels was excellent placing us where we found interesting places to go to on our own during free time and restaurants that were excellent. We highly recommend Thousand Miles for their ability to arrange a holiday that can fulfill one's ultimate private tour. My overall experience was good and totally recommend Thousand Miles.

Thousand Miles has been an amazing partner to plan my travel over the last few months. They made traveling super comfortable and hassle-free for me and my family. Not only did they customise trips per our needs but also ensured best-in-class service. For instance, on the last day of our trip to Kenya a few days back, my family and I were supposed to drive to Nairobi from Masai Mara early morning. In an unfortunate turn of events, our hotel in Masai had no water that morning owing to a water pipe being damaged accidentally by an elephant. To help us freshen up, Thousand Miles' partner company in Kenya, Sense of Africa, arranged for two complimentary rooms in a hotel in Nairobi before dropping us off at the airport for our flight to India. This is one instance of the "beyond expectation" service provided by Thousand Miles and their partners across the world. I'd like to conclude this review with a big shout out to Mr. Gurbhajnik Singh (Sr. Travel Expert at Thousand Miles) who has been our travel planner for two trips in the last four months. Thank you for going the extra mile for us, Mr. Nik!

You want to feel like on top of the world then travel by thousand miles only. It was not my honeymoon, but they treated it like the same though you will not get any honeymoon freebies but all other services were very good. Starting from receiving us on airport to hospitality the hotel showed just because we were the guest of thousand miles.

It was a very well organised trip. At no point did we feel uncomfortable. All the transportation and accommodation was on point and very well arranged.Thank you Go Seychelles.Cheers.

I booked Maldives honeymoon trip through them and overall it was a good experience for us. Yes we had some hotel issues in food section but things managed immediately by thousand miles local office staff by coordinating with property owners. On the basis of this trip I reckon, they deserve to get 4 star ratings.
