Thottam Good Day Hyper Market - Supermarket in Piravom, Pazhoor - Ernakulam, India

I have been a regular customer since past 3-4 years, I visit goodday every week & spend around 700-1200 rupees regularly. But since last year a new billing lady staff joined, she has really terrible attitude especially towards woman of her age. I'm talking about the short one, the other tall fair girl is really sweet. This girl throw all the things we buy, like we are beggars. I'm a ui designer with 50+k salary. I don't have to repeatedly let go of such rude disrespectful behavior from anyone. All other staffs are sweet & kind. That would be the last time I'm purchasing from piravom good day

Hypermarket is a misnomer as it is a small supermarket. Limited supplies but still one of the better places to shop groceries in Piravom. I prefer margin free supermarket more than this place due to wide variety of home supplies. An okay place for a quick buy. Enough car parking and is not really crowded. Staffs are okay but are not really enthusiastic. Overall an average shopping experience in a place like Piravom.

Just your everyday essentials and grocery store. Also, one of the few places you get wheat bread from(bakery bread are simply brown coloured bread)...

Service is bad.... Staffs are not pleasing and responding arrogantly...!! More over all are aged not able do quick service...kindly give attention Tq

This review is about the Stitching Centre at Goodday Piravom.The tailor doesn't understand English/Malayalam and the lady who is supervising doesn't know Hindi as well.. She doesn't explain to the tailor properly re:my blouse and it turned to be in a different style.I have to go back again and again to get it sorted.They charged me Rs 1200 for one blouse eventhough I have given them the material.I asked her how does it cost this much and she didn't give me a proper reply.I complained it to the owner and he told me he will update me about the price. Its been nearly a week and no one has responded to me.. No customer service at all... If u value ur money, go somewhere else.....

I would like to say that this is not a good place for shopping. The behaviour of the staff's treat the customers like beggars.Even the one star rating is not much for rate them. Dear all Its better to prefer another shop .DIDN'T GO HERE.

One of the first supermarkets in Piravom. Have a good and ample parking space. Groceries, vegetables and some stationaries are available. Selection is ok but dont expect high end products/brands. Staffs are helpful and billing is also fast. Card cash and google pay is accepted.
