Awesome. GYM. More than 6 year experienced certified Trainer Mr. Pawan Chaudhray. and nice staff. each staff member has great knowledge about exercises according client goal. disciplined environment. Have almost every machine you needed for your weight and cardio training. Each machine, dumbbells, weight and every equipment is brand new. Dedicated space and place for dead-lift which is cool. and one more different thing i have seen they have dedicated machine for full forearm exercise. In some way's It's better than gold gym in Aligarh.
A very good placed to trained under professionals. Gym is so nice, Has all machines and weight. AC, water, washroom, everything. and trainers are great.
