Drastic Disappointment at Thomson Bakers Adoor Branch My recent visit to Thomson Bakers, specifically the branch opposite the Adoor KSRTC stand, has left me utterly dismayed. The employees' apparent lack of concern for customer satisfaction has played a significant role in tarnishing the once esteemed reputation of this bakery. The service at the Adoor branch falls far below the standards one would expect from a business with such a recognizable name. The staff's indifference and neglect towards customers have transformed what was once a thriving establishment into a shadow of its former self. In contrast, I must commend the Pathanamthitta branch for providing a notably better experience. The staff there demonstrated attentiveness and a genuine interest in ensuring a positive customer visit. However, my most exceptional experience came from the Kozhencherry branch, where the staff's dedication and exemplary service truly set a standard worth applauding. It is disheartening to witness the drastic difference in customer service across Thomson Bakers branches. I sincerely hope that the management addresses the concerning situation at the Adoor branch promptly. The inconsistency in service quality among branches risks further damaging the overall reputation of this once successful bakery.

One of the branch of thomson bakery they provide nice food and different shakes and juices and all types of cakes also they provide, the price of some foods is more. The one of the main problems is parking their is no parking facilities if we travel in bus we can easy bcz the private bus stand and ksrtc bus stand is near so we can easily to go their their cakes and foods are good

Ate the pineapple puffs,sweet naan ,and other snacks it was all good

Nice place, atmosphere is so also fine and food they serve is delicious so that we can also suggest one to visit there

Food is average. Had appam and chicken curry. Some of the items in the menu are not there. Food is overrated.

The main problem I experienced many times is the parking issue. When we enter and return to park in front of the restaurant the bottom of my car collide / struck on the slab wich connect the road and parking space. Food is good. I had chicken fried rice with chilli chicken with gravy, which was average in quality. Nicely arranged seats.
