I would like to share the highly professional experience I had at TC Visa services on MG Road. As soon as I sent an e mail enquiry for my visa, I received a response from Sri Kaveriappa detailing all documents required. When I went to hand over the papers, he was quick in his assessment and response. I was informed as soon as my papers were ready and he went the extra mile coming down to hand over my papers when I went to collect them. As a senior citizen, his services and TC visa services is much appreciated.

This is my third holiday with Thomas Cook and the experience has been so beautiful. At the office, raghu has been a big help giving us ideas and suggestions and helping us in every way he can. We look forward to many more holidays with Thomas Cook. Europe has been my best holiday and will cherish the beautiful memories. Thank you for such unforgettable memories.

Got the Visas done for my Singapore and Malaysia trip here. I got a bit of a scare as the Singapore visa was delivered just two days before the date of travel. Mr. Murugan was however assuring and promptly answered all my calls. Finally had a wonderful trip well organised by the Mumbai office. But the only issue was that the forex card i had taken from Thomas Cook was not working there and the app was also faulty giving me errors while trying to enable the transactions.

I have been globetrotting the world and always have chosen Thomascook as my trusted travel partner throughout. The services provided by the sales executive to tour manager on tour and during the entire course of the tour, everything Is wonderful and seamless experience. Thank you for all the lovely memories for the trips taken.

I regret to write this review, but I feel compelled to share my incredibly disappointing experience with the assistant service provided for our recent trip. The level of service was absolutely abysmal, and to make matters worse, our visa was not provided on time, leading us to cancel our entire trip. From the very beginning, we had high hopes for a smooth and hassle-free trip, as we entrusted the assistant with the responsibility of arranging all the necessary documentation, including our visa. We were assured that everything would be taken care of efficiently and in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that turned out to be far from the truth. The communication with the assistant was a complete nightmare. They were unresponsive and lacked any sense of urgency. Numerous attempts to reach them were met with delayed responses, if any at all. Our questions and concerns were frequently brushed off, leaving us feeling frustrated and ignored. As the departure date drew near, we started to grow increasingly concerned about our visa status. We had provided all the required information and documents well in advance, as instructed by the assistant. However, the promised visa processing time came and went, and we still hadn't received any updates or confirmation. It was clear that the assistant had dropped the ball and failed to fulfill their responsibilities. With each passing day, our anxiety grew, and we were left with no choice but to contact the assistant urgently. They finally acknowledged their negligence, offering nothing but half-hearted apologies and vague promises of expedited processing. But it was too little, too late. We had already lost confidence in their ability to deliver on their commitments. Realizing that we could no longer rely on the assistant's competence, we were left with no other option but to cancel our entire trip. It was an immense disappointment, not to mention the significant financial losses we incurred due to non-refundable bookings and reservations. All the excitement and anticipation we had built up for our vacation were shattered by the assistant's lackluster performance. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using this assistant service for any travel-related needs. Their abhorrent communication, lack of professionalism, and failure to provide the visa on time resulted in a ruined trip and a considerable waste of time and money. It's truly disheartening to encounter such a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Spare yourself the frustration and find a reliable and competent service elsewhere.

Visited the MG road branch for the first time, typically visit the smaller one in Malleshwaram. Bibin was courteous, patient and super helpful in handling all our questions and needs. The entire staff has a very friendly and warm vibe that reflects in the atmosphere of the office. Really impressed by the team and the office space in general. Kudos!

Thomas Cook is the best but the problem is they know it!! Their tours/holidays, especially the group ones cover the maximum in minimum time & with extremely professional guidance. The sales office though needs to buck up as all info is available on their website yet the team takes way too long to revert to add ons to existing packages

Very very bad service, they take the money and promise everything to be done smoothly and over promise with their service. I had to book my Schengen and UK visa with them, after paying the money, I had to be there behind their back to get my processes done, they have delayed unnecessarily, does not file or give the required documents on time, they made me miss my appointment as I was waiting to get my documents from them even after getting an appointment a month before, I had to unnecessarily waste my money and cancel my flights because of their high promises in the beginning. Very rude staff. Will never recommend this to anybody especially if your only taking visa service they take you very much for granted.
