When asked for Europe package, didn't give proper suggestions. Lady there said, you can check on the website. If I can just check on website, why should we visit in person. Maybe on a whole Thomas Cook provides good packages. But this branch wasn't helpful for me much. Regarding the currency exchange also, they redirected me to Jayanagar branch.

Shashi is very helpful in resolving queries and very responsible in all the travel related activities. He walks extra mile to understand your requirements and try to give best possible package.

I have recently used the JP Nagar, Bangalore office to plan my holidays and it was a smooth process through out to get all the paperwork completed. Even the agent who was handling my case was prompt in keeping us informed on each of the steps and following up regularly even after we returned from the holidays. Also during the holidays, their partner companies (both hotel & travel partner) took enough care of us and provided the best of the experience one could ask for. Pick up & drop at the specified time including late night drop to airport, hotel facilities and their staff etc.

One place for all your travel needs. They offer packages for both domestic and international travel. They provide assistance in any part of your trip where required. They also have their own series of prepaid international currency card which is really useful in international travel. They are on the first floor of the building and both stairs and elevator are available. Mediocre parking in and around the location with not many spots easily available. There are no-parking and tow zones nearby to the location, so check before parking. Evenings are peak time for road traffic and low parking availability, so it is recommended to visit in the afternoon after making a call to ensure the availability of personal at that time.

I had booked a package tour to Singapore and Malaysia for my dance school group with Thomas cook JP nagar We met Muthamma mam who very knowledgeable to guide us as per our requirements. TC stayed with us online till our trip was over Very kind and patient staff. I am planning to use their services in the future also I felt the forex department was not coordinated well as they said they don't have enough currencies 1 day b4 our departure. Rest was well planned and executed as expected

I booked my entire tour with Mr Umesh Acharya at ThomasCook, one of the most positive person I've seen. We are grateful to him in getting our visa and arrangements done. Regarding the trip. It was fantastic. Firstly, the food arrangements were excellent for all the days. Our trip was successful because of our tour manager Mr Viraf. The commitment and dedication and management was excellent. Anyone travelling, I suggest you book through Umesh and double check if Viraf will be your tour manager along the tour. I am grateful to all the staff at ThomasCook JP Nagar and MG road for making our trip a memorable one.

They suck, extremely bad service. I called them for foreign exchange before coming , they told that it is open till 6:30. It was Saturday. And when I reached there after taking all the pains of traffic, found that forex got closed at 5:30 itself. And other staff simply told me to come next day , and did not even try to help. Such a pathetic attitude and customer service.

It was a very smooth experience with Thomas Cook JP Nagar 7th Phase Office, during my recent international vacation. I had booked Asian Delights Trip and everything was dealt with utmost care by the travel co-ordinator at JP Nagar office and the co-ordinator from MG road office, right from booking till the travel completion. All the necessary documentation for Visa, Trip details were clearly explained and the travel co-ordinator at JP Nagar office kept me well-informed about the proceedings at all stages. I am really impressed with their patience in answering all my queries and their on-time communication for any additional documentation/requirements from my side. The interaction with their travel co-ordinators was so professional and friendly that i will definitely prefer Thomas Cook during my next travel plans.
