There were some issues with online booking they have commited false commitments. In time of recieving euro and have not guided me the branch visiting timings, but due to help of CG Road branch staff, i was free in nearly 15 min thanks to c g road branch.
I am very much thankful to the Thomas Cook, C.G. Road, Ahmedabad branch team for arranging the Foreign currency just before my trip. When I booked the request through online platform, the false commitment was given by the executive ( Vaidehi). However, the currency was not available with the branch. After continuous follow-up, she has not reverted to me. A very much non-professional approach by her. It was very disaapointing. Due to kind nature of the Thomas Cook Ahmedabad branch, they have assured me that currency will be managed before my trip. I gave 3 star just because of the Thomas Cook Ahmedabad branch team.a hear full thank to Dhaval bhai and Vishvanath bhai.
I am one of the oldest clients of Thomas Cook. They have for over a decade given me the best rate for any foreign currency. The borderless prepaid card is by far the most excellent product in the market. Travelling with it is so simple and stress free.
The service provided by Thomas Cook was convenient and fast. I wanted to get Australian dollar cash and everything was done online and i received the money within a day of booking. The staff here were very helpful.
