I recently visited Thomas Cook for currency exchange, and I was quite pleased with the experience. The staff was accommodating, and the service was efficient. They provided a flexible approach, which was a great help, and I received my currency on time. Overall, a positive experience that I would recommend.

Very nice customer service. On time service. Satisfied with the business conducted with them.

Highly unprofessional. Wanted to buy Euros for personal travel. I was quoted INR 89.60 in the morning but when I reached their Center in the evening, it became INR 91.90 even when market rates have changed by only INR 0.28 Dubious and unprofessional.
