I had an extremely disappointing experience with Thomascook forex services. I purchased PS200 from them in March, expecting to receive a mix of denominations. However, to my surprise, they provided me with all PS50 notes - four of them in total. Little did I know, these notes proved to be utterly useless. When I tried to use them for payment in taxis and supermarkets, they were consistently rejected. I even attempted to exchange them for smaller denominations, but no one was willing to accept them. This forced me to resort to exchanging the notes at the post office, which was an unnecessary inconvenience during my trip. To make matters worse, I had previously obtained a forex card and some cash from Thomascook for my wife's visit to the UK. On that occasion, they provided a mix of denominations including PS20 notes, and the process was seamless. Unfortunately, based on this positive past experience, I decided to opt for Thomascook again. However, this time around, I encountered nothing but frustration and disappointment. Thomascook's failure to provide a suitable mix of denominations for my currency exchange needs was not only inconvenient, but also resulted in wasted time and resources. Based on this terrible experience, I would strongly advise others against using Thomascook for their forex services.
