Best place for paying college fees for abroad studies and best for changing foreign currency. They also provide their own forex card which will be useful for foreign payment without forex charges.
The service provided by the branch is excellent. I took a Multi currency Forex card from Thomas Cook and I'm very satisfied with the service. The process of obtaining the card was also straight forward and thanks to Mr.Joel Rajendran, everything was done in half hour. As a happy client, I would highly recommend the branch and ThomasCook's services.
I had just completed the Sensational Europe Tour (10Aug-23Aug'23) organized by Thomas cook along with my family. The tour was well-designed and planned superbly by the Thomas cook team members. I appreciate those who worked in the background and made this tour memorable one for us. The Tour manager Mr. Sagar Dusane had showed his immense skills in getting the Tour executed carrying all of the 47 members all along. He gave clear information to all the members on what we are going to see and briefed us about it a day before the travel. He made our stay comfortable and ensured that we get the requested Jain meal as per the Tour itinerary. We never felt tiresome after having travelled approximately 5000 kms, covering 8 countries and stayed in 9 different Hotels. Apart from what is to be covered in the Tour Itinerary, he went out of the way in organizing Birthday parties, Wedding anniversary and Independence Day celebrations within two weeks. I booked this tour from Adyar office through Sarath and he guided us properly with the right information. Sheeba from the visa team helped us in getting the schengen visa. Overall we had a memorable tour.
I had a great experience with thomas cook. Specifically I want to thank Ms.Dharani who assisted us through out the process. Also for GIC payment, Joel assisted us very well. He stayed late to complete the payment before end of day since we made the payment little late due to bank side issues. Thanks Joel for your timely help.
