I had an amazing experience with Thomas cook in my trip to the Andaman's! They provide perfect service that's for sure . My tour management by deep shah and it went so smooth thank you to him and Thomas&cook.

I give them 0 star for rudely behavior with customers. Don't go with THOMAS COOK (Ushadeep Complex, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat ). Wrost experience in thomas cook branch near Ushadeep complex , Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Rudely behave with customers. They have no sense, how to talk with customer. In morning when i call them regarding visa inquiry but they told me staff is not available for now , we will get back to you after half an hour. After 1 hour when i call them for inquiry then they told me, today holiday staff no available. so i told him you should told me in morning but they told me in Gujarati Language "Mari jode vat kari hati, j karvu hoy kri lejo etc.". Please Don't go with THOMAS COOK. Thanks.
3rd class staff behaviour. Zero refund policy if we dont get visa.
The office is located on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a maruti showroom. but there were no hoardings or direction to find out the exact location. Staffs are good.
