I have been purchasing the jewellery from this shop for past 10 years. They have a lovely pieces of jewellery and a wide range of collections . The staff here provide a good service especially the temple road shop staff members are very friendly. Costumer service is very bad ...... I hv purchased so many jewelry in ur shop but still when ever we visit to shop "Costumers hospitality" is very bad ..... both in diamond section n gold .....I hope if the manager or the owner is reading my msg please do look into this because without reason the shop will loose costumers....moreover ur employees will make us sooo embracing ...please do train them how to attend costumers atleast regular costumers
