Great place. New facilities being added. Mr. Winston Paul is a wonderful host. The landscaping work is ongoing. The rooms are excellent. Can you imagine yourself relaxing by a tranquil lake in a hammock with a good book to read or sipping with a hot cuppa tea?

This property is on the banks of ashtamudi lake, a small village kumbalam. It's a 3bhk home surrounded by greenery and totally cut off from outside world. Soo peaceful and beautiful we decided to extend our initial plan of 2 night stay to 3 night. Perfect for any kind of group. The host was very helpful and kind, took real good care of our needs. Neat house and extremely awesome location calls for repeated and long stay. Strongly recommend this property if you are visiting kollam or surrounding places.
