Thiruvizla Party Hall Restaurant provided an overall decent dining experience. First and foremost, the location had easy access, which made it convenient to find. Upon arrival, we were pleased with the staff's kind and courteous service. They were attentive and responded well to our needs throughout the meal. Additionally, it was raining when we finished our meal, and to our surprise, the staff took the extra step to escort us to our car with their umbrellas. This thoughtful gesture was much appreciated and showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction. On the positive side, the chicken fried rice was hygienic, had minimal oil, and was suitable for children. The complimentary soup was a nice touch, enhancing the overall value of the meal. However, there are a few areas where improvement could be considered. While the chicken fried rice was clean and not overly oily, it lacked a bit in terms of masala flavor, which made it somewhat bland. We believe enhancing the seasoning in the dishes would significantly improve the dining experience. Moreover, the pricing at the restaurant is on the higher side. To attract a broader range of customers, it might be beneficial to review and possibly reduce the cost by at least 50%. Lastly, though the staff provided excellent service, we found the seating to be somewhat uncomfortable. Improving the comfort of the seating arrangements would further enhance the overall dining experience. In conclusion, Thiruvizla Party Hall Restaurant offers a convenient location, kind and courteous service, and a thoughtful approach to customer comfort during adverse weather conditions. However, focusing on flavor enhancement, price adjustment, and seating comfort could elevate the dining experience and make it even more appealing to a wider audience.

Tried their veg items only. Food taste and quantity was good. The service was excellent and the people here are very polite. The Ambience was simple and decent. The price was little expensive. They have the party hall facility too.

Thanks for the whole team of Thiruvizha Hotel ( General Manager to Security). All the staffs were very polite and helpful to satisfy our needs at the event. Decorations was awesome by Vijay and team. Food was awesome and many thanks to the Chef , Food Manager and the Food preparation Team ,serving crew and the House keeping mam. I strongly recommend this Hotel for all events..... Ground floor booked for the family function. Facilities provided for the function are good. Well maintained environment. Vegetarian menus provided for the function is good with good taste. In service from the food perspective the staff need to be trained in keeping the food in banana leaf and avoid the phone once food services started.

I booked this hotel for my baby's 1st Birthday celebration. First and foremost the reason why I give a 5 star to them is for their tasty food they served to our guests. It was really good and deserves a 5 star rating. Apart from that i liked their on time readiness of food, decorations, Birthday customized cake photography, video coverage. Special mention to their simple and elegant decorations. Overall their staff were friendly and coordinating. Overall our event went very well.

Booked their hall for engagement, wonderful experience with a spacious hall, their decor were perfect with good lights, Veg food menu were really good with innovative sweets and dessert. They maintain a neat ambiance. The crew members and General Manager were really supportive and was very spontaneous in what so ever we ask them, and they gave us a gift hamper for Diwali as well. Overall good experience and perfect for family occasions

Great place to have any party or wedding. The ambience is so cool and they have two party halls, one with 150 members seating capacity and another with 400 members seating capacity. The food tastes good.

Overall it was good experience in this Party hall. We can have events like engagement, bday, farewell, baby shower etc. Food taste also good. Ambience and decoration all good. Easy access to party hall. Well organized for buffet.
