Thiruvalluvar Statue - Monument in Thiruverumbur - Tiruchirappalli, India

A statue of the great poet Saint Thiruvalluvar, who wrote Thirukuraal, inside the Bhel Township kailasapuram. Situated on the roundana of road leading to main gate.

If u r comming from training center then in the right side of the statue u can go to deer park and ezhil nagar. If u turn left from the statue then u can go to schools and stadium. If u go straight from the u can go to kumarasapuram.

This place is at the centre of BHEL Township. Works as a landmark to almost all places within the colony.

It's middle of BHEL quat area Right side BHEL main hospital Left side BHEL ECB bank and cc Back side BHEL school from 2nd to 5th CBSE Front Tanjore main road. So, this is quat land mark

Its at the main central road of BHEL trichy townshop. It divides the township in sectors. Front left side if the statue is C sector. Front right is D sector. Facing the highway, right side are A,E,R sectors. Left side is B sector

Statue of tamil poet Thiruvalluvar who had written THIRUKKURAL, a book which describes good things through its 1330 kural. The message was said 2020 years before and is still valid even today. It is called ulkppotumrrai ,which means "common book to the whole world". Although it is written in TAMIL language, there is no mention of the word "TAMIL" or "TAMIL GOD". He prays the SUN in his first kural. The SUN is obviously should be a GOD for all of us in this world. Think the world without the SUN....will it go well ???
