Third Wave Coffee - Cafe in New Delhi - South East, India

Went there just like that to have some chit chat with a friend and ordered coffee. Staff was really polite and helped us while ordering. As per their suggestion we tried sea salt mocha and iced caramel latte. My mind was blown by the first sip of mocha. So damn delicious, enjoyed it so much that before heading back home we visited this place again to have some sea salt mocha again. Highly highly recommend the mocha Iced caramel was quite enjoyable but mocha is still stuck in my heart and soul can't help it .

We used to go to the cafe for dinner and early breakfast. We loved it, especially the bagels and the paneer wraps. On the last day we were served by Puneet, he was very nice and caring. Highly recommended.

Ordered their classic cold coffee on swiggy and it was extremely good. Can't rate their service and atmosphere but I would highly recommend the classic cold coffee. Packaging was also nice. They also provide you their Spotify playlist.Apart from the price everything was good as it's a little expensive.

I had a great experience at Third Wave Coffee thanks to Shabana! She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and made sure that my coffee was made just the way I like it. Her attention to detail and customer service skills were top-notch. I had been coming to cafe for more than a year now and food was good ... always ordered Pan Cakes. Today I ordered two pan cakes and when first was served I returned it to kitchen as the size of pancakes were not same (it was smaller in size) and pancakes were not even cooked properly. Some guy came to us asking about our complaint and when we explained it to him he asked if we had a picture of any previous pancakes we ate and we showed it to him... he declined to serve us same saying that served ones are regular as always and can't do anything. First of all, he should not have asked us for photos if he had pre-decided to serve usual pancakes. Second doing this to a customer who has been visiting cafe since more than a year.. I mean if cafe isn't profitable shut it don't screw over customers! Manager Name: Madhu

Third wave became my 3rd home post covid and my go to spot during wfh days. While i frequented the gk 2 outlet the most, i wonder why i never frequented the gk 1 m block Market outlet. They have such an amazing view of the market, a warm staff (alex) and obviously the best mocha in town. Need I say any more?

Simple cafe with below average decor. Tried lemon and hibiscus lime iced teas. Just good enough and there was nothing great about it. There coasters have this pic of a customer sitting with a dog which gives out the mssg that the third wave cafes are pet friendly. However when I asked the staff, they said pets are not allowed and the image ok the paper coasters is just for show. Well it doesn't add up.
