We visit defence colony branch very often.. so the other day we had amazing experience of pour over coffee taste testing from the member of staff Tanya. She told us about every intricate details of coffee making process starting from coffee beans selection, necessary temperature till the end of how to taste the coffee. We loved the demonstration and hospitality of all the staff. We clicked some photos too!! Thanks a lot

Absolutely best coffee shop to visit every evening and spend the good time with your near one's. Would like to refer Mayank, he makes the best coffee in the world as he can customise acc. to your taste and need. You can try their frothy & creamy Cappuccino as well as their Jaggery Cold coffee is the one you must try. Also Vikas is a person who can help you to customise coffee acc. to your taste.

We met Vikash Sharma there and he took us through a beautiful coffee experience. He taught us how to make a pour over coffee with full details keeping our time constraints in his mind. Looking forward to visiting third coffee again and having a wonderful experience again.

Worst out of the bunch. Every other third wave I've been to has been a pleasant experience but not this one. Staff is rude. Manager is rude. They outright refused to redeem my points. First they give you laughable amount of hummus with hummus peeta platter. Then they say refill of hummus is chargeable. I've been to other branches and they've always given free refills of hummus. 0/10 will never visit here again. Third wave lost a loyal customer.

My friend recommended here and I was the first customer in the morning. My morning americano was good and also "staff Shabana" was really kind. She gave me a 7 years anniversary chocolate. CONGRATS on 7 years anniversary!

Absolutely stunning place. I loved the cafe in total. The staff, ambience and the order was amazing. It was inclusive totally. It won't make you feel like out of the place. The cafe is open to whatever you want to do there. You can bring a date and enjoy your food and drink there or you can work as well. I saw people working on their tablets and laptops, a group from work conversing about stuff related to the same and people just there to enjoy the coffee. It was wholesome. I went solo. You can do whatever you wish to. I ordered a frappe on the recommendation of the staff only. Amazing, it was. I went to the counter to order something else and they recommended me something else as they received great reviews of that frappe (that's what they told me). I thought it's a trick to fetch more money out of me but nope. They themselves said that in case you didn't like our recommendation, we'll change your order according to your choice and won't charge at all. But their recommendation was great. I wasn't aware about the current discounts available but the staff guided me and I got a good discount through them. Thanks a lot!! I would highly recommend this place to try at least once (Defence Colony branch). You won't regret. It has become one of my favorites.
