A small cafe nestled inside the Crossword store, and I must say, it was quite an enjoyable experience. The cafe had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and sipping a cup of coffee with your friends. The staff was friendly and quick in taking orders, ensuring prompt service. However, there was one minor inconvenience that we encountered . The billing counter was located on the ground floor, while we opted seating area of first floor. This arrangement made it a bit inconvenient to request additional items, such as sugar or placing new orders. Each time we wanted something, we had to go downstairs to the counter to make our request. Even there was no one available from the staff at first floor for taking any orders It would have been more convenient if there were a way to place orders directly from the first floor or if there was staff available on the upper level to assist customers.
I have been visiting this place since it started. I have been purchasing coffee beans since then & I have been treated very well as the service is fantastic. Thanks to Inder, Harshal, Lakshmi and other staff sorry that I don't know their names for being so helpful. To the area manager please hire such staff like above as they are very helpful and friendly. Good job everyone! Would want to stay connected forever! Oh yes also I love brewing my own coffee so it's not the coffee shop image but my room as I love enjoying my coffee alone!!
Love their coffee and crossaint. Coffee places like these usually don't have eating items so good, but that's what I like about third wave is their food is also good - veg / non veg options - cafe - parking available - inside crossword - sittings on ground as well as 1st floor
It's a nice cafe with a good number of options in food and coffee. Great place to chill with friends! The service here is decent and the staff are friendly.
Talking about the place, it is inside the Crossword store so it is a heaven for book and coffee lovers. I ordered their Hummus Pita Platter which was amazing and also Macha Coffee which was too milky I guess so was looking very flat.
TWC has always been my favourite. Their chocolate croissant is the best item (which I order everytime btw), the quality is so good, it's addictive

A calm place with good service. They have introduced Christmas special coffee. I tried Toffee Nut Mocha.. it didn't have much toffee flavour..tasted like normal mocha but had good taste. Hot chocolate was also delicious. I loved the mug design
