I always enjoyed the classes at the yoga/fitness studio! The teacher was really kind and made me go beyond my limits. Perfect if you want to lose weight since it focuses on cardio with some flexibility and strength training. For me it helped improve my endurance and gain some muscle. Would recommend!

I joined Therapy Yoga Centre run by Vijaya Madam two months back. I can see many improvements in myself. My body is getting toned, i have lost 4 kg weight and my stamina has increased. I am feeling more enthusiastic about my life. Thanks to Vijaya Madam as because of her thoughtful workouts we are gaining good stamina and strength. Joining Vijaya mam's classes has been one of the best things that happened to me after moving to Goa. I started as a complete beginner who knew nothing about Yoga or fitness. I have scoliosis in my spine and was very skeptical, but she always gave me special attention and her classes have helped me improve my posture, reduce back spasms and in also losing a substantial amount of weight. But above all it's her aura and her warmth that makes me look forward to her classes as not only my physical body has improved but even my mental health has been affected in a positive way. She is someone who always has a smile on her face and puts in all her efforts in her classes. So much so that I miss her classes on holidays. She is so determined that when I went back to my hometown for vacation, she conducted my classes online with equal rigour. I will always be extremely grateful to her for having guided a complete beginner in such a beautiful way. She has inspired me to take my fitness journey further with confidence and a positive mind!

I cannot begin to explain how much Viju Ma'am has helped me in the past few months. I have seen immense progress in myself not only physically but mentally too. Viju ma'am not only focuses on each individual to strive hard and achieve better each day, but she also make the experience enjoyable and fun. Everyday is a different workout, with more fun, so much so that if I skip a class I genuinely miss it. Joining her class has not only helped me get in shape & loose weight, but also helped a lot with my mental well-being. Her personality is so charismatic that we always feel so motivated during the classes. From Monday to Saturday fitness with yoga,Strength training, surya namaskar, circuit, meditation and pranayam, to attending her Sunday aerial yoga classes I have enjoyed every bit of it. Ms Vijaya ma'am is an excellent fitness coach, just the right combination of push and encouragement. Loved her different designed structured programme throughout the week.
