I m 28 years old. Its been 5 months since I joined here. Now I can see tremendous improvements in my physical as well as mental health. I highly recommend this yoga studio if anyone wants to practice yoga. I have a lots of respect towards the Master. He is truly a gem and selfless man. I m really grateful that I joined here

I have been practicing with this studio & Durai master for over 6 months. I can definitely say that this is among the best places to learn yoga. Master provides individual guidance and encourages us to practice individually. This helps everyone to go at their own pace but at the same time get stronger and set focus on oneself during practice. Personally, this has helped me to improve my health and lifestyle a lot. There are also theory sessions and drills. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, regardless of age and any other doubts, provided, you're keen on working to improve yourself - mind & body.

I have been attending the classes since one year &I would say this is the best place to learn yoga if someone wants to learn yoga with individual attention and care Master's discipline and strict towards yoga help us to push forward to practice everyday . Theory classes which he conducts every Saturday (which we can't see anywhere) is absolutely necessary to understand the yoga for mentally as well Thepothigai yoga studio is not only for youngster's. I feel positive after joining this yoga studio. I am 47 years old and had severe joint pain when I joined the class. At first, I had no idea whether yoga would help me get rid of my pains and stiffness, but after 5 months, my joint pain lessened and I could sit on the floor sans any problems. I joined this yoga studio in month of August 2022 now completed 5 months of my yoga journey. This 5 months changed my entire body to flexible state and completed my stage 1 successfully. Master teaches yoga in both practical and theoretical way which makes person to understand yoga in correct way. Also here the training will be on individual basis not on group basis practice.
