It's a huge bridge built over the dam. Great place to visit on a visit to Kerala. The height is massive, the driver who took us there told that once it was the second highest bridge in Asia. Entry free is Rs5 but if you hire a car or take your personal vehicle then it becomes Rs50 . The view is beautiful from the top. The mountain is hidden in green which looks fabulous in the evening. If you are scared of the height or have a vertigo problem, then it's the place to avoid. Must carry a camera which could capture long shots. Because you can't resist doing that. Small shops are available, where you can buy fruits like pineapple or mangos.
Nice place to spend a leisure time with family. A small weekend destination for family outings and have a adventure parks which has lots of activities for elder people and children. Great place.
We can see the hanging gardens if we take the leisure land ticket from Thenmala Ecotourism office. Had to walk so much, so bit difficult for elderly people but for kids and youngsters it won't be a problem. Not much to see except few sculptures which are not maintained properly and the hanging garden and part of dam. Not sure why authorities have abandoned this place!

Nice place to chill out with our closed ones
Very old bridge, it looks so beautiful. Very nice place to visit. In this place we can find more destinations to visit. There is some packages available in this place. We need to go for Thenmala ecotourism office for bookings and tickets. There is a small trekking also available in the package. Must be go early morning in this place to cover all the destinations.
Its a quite place. You would get to see lots of dinasour statues and some other sculptures in the midst of prestine natural beauty. I spend a good time with my family here. Must visit if it is on your route but not worth if you are going only for this. All in all a good experience.

Nice place to visit with kids if your child loves animals. You can have a closer look at deer. There are many of them and they have a small recreation area for kids at the end with some swings and seesaws .
