It was a great trip for us. We had a lot of fun. I would say the property is good but small, There are a lot of areas to improve.....they have all the elements one would want to have fun .....swimming pool, live singing, special dinner arrangements, cultural evening programs, and a playing zone. Food was decent and service was also good. But I did find the property isn't worth the price they are charging. You would get bored if you extend your trip beyond 1-2 days
Just returned from a stay at the Mudhouse Resort and here's my take: Pros: 1. Superb proximity to Delhi, making it a convenient getaway. 2. A havan for kids - they're bound to have a blast. 3. The activity corner steals the show - a blast for both adults and children alike. 4. Spacious rooms that provide ample comfort and space to unwind. Cons: 1. The bathroom situation is a letdown, with an unpleasant odor that makes spending even a minute in there a challenge. 2. Food fails to impress, leaving taste buds somewhat disappointed. 3. Not quite a bang for your buck. The price tag leaves you with a sense of incompleteness given the expenditure. Overall, while the resort has its charms, there are areas that definitely need improvement to ensure a truly satisfying stay.
The perfect getaway resort to explore near Delhi. The overall experience is worth cherishing. The food can be improved, however, the staff was very courteous and presentable. One of the staffs (Shivam) had been really kind and hospitable in serving us generously. Would recommend people for a day's visit.
We went in a group and took all meal option plan for a stay. Play area: 4/10 Pool table is worn out Foosball is completely rusted Air Hockey table is from 90s. AC's were ineffective and also the placement of AC's in the room was something the management should look into. Rooms were not properly cleaned and and mosquito's were all over. 4/10. Pool area is good for clicking pictures and that's the only good thing about this place. 8/10. Food is average. 4/10. 4 points for the soup, which was good. It's totally over priced in terms of the amenities and food it had to offer. Not recommending for sure.
We booked the suite room which is there most expensive room. Here was our experience - * Internet was not working. We had to use Hotspot to watch YouTube etc. * Water was not coming in the bathroom taps for 30-40 minutes each day of our stay. * There were 3 BATS IN OUR BATHROOM, 1 dead. * When we asked for different room, we were taken to a different room which had a rat in it * When we asked for a different room than above, we were given a room which had serious mold problem. * Overall the property is small and if you want to go anywhere you have to pass through 2 doors of the small reception room which always have people looking at you. This reduces privacy and comfort of movement. Will not recommend anyone to visit this resort.
Don't be fooled by the property images. We had booked their suite room with all meals included. Pretty average food in our opinion. The kids pool is only for namesake. We enquired multiple times and they kept reassuring that they will fill it. Only later the manager educated us how kids pool should only have 6 inches of muddy water for them to be safe. We had a 3 year old baby for which we asked for milk that was delivered in 45 minutes. The rooms had 2 rats and 2 frogs. The walls were damp and their fan in the bathroom couldn't be turned off. The electricity went off several times. I will refrain from visiting again. You can definitely visit if you love rats, fungi and bacteria.
We came to celebrate 18th birthday of my younger sister, and they ruined it. The service was extremely poor, the rooms had an unpleasant odor, there was even a RAT in my room. The bathroom had a leak, and basic amenities like towels, bathrobes, and tissues were missing. Despite making multiple calls, we had to wait for their delivery. The air conditioning wasn't functional, and while the food was passable, it was just average. The pool was disgustingly dirty, and after taking a dip, my eyes became red, felt like I'm gonna go blind. The mud bath was far from clean, infested with various living as well as dead insects. The cost was excessively high for what was offered. Overall, my experience was quite awful.
This is a great place but i have 2 problems first the resort charges too much tax and second the sports ground has no size 5 football plz put a size 5 football.

Toll revised to rs. 130 for single journey. For a length of 55 km, this is around Rs. 2.37 per km which more than even Delhi Mumbai Expressway. What is NHAI thinking of charging this much for a normal highway.
