Themis Mudhouse- A Nature's Retreat Resort & Wellness - Resort hotel in Rohtak - Rohtak, India

I think its a premium experience for the people visiting here. The property is far from Delhi but the environment here is very peaceful. We took therapy session, candle light dinner (food was not included in the package) and breakfast in the pool. All and all it was a good experience.

Memorable and most beautiful experience. The hospitality from Mr Krishna was marvelous. Would totally recommend the place to friends and families. Great place to relax. Mud bath private swimming pool and complimentary facilities bare awesome. Please do visit and enjoy the hospitality.

I had a horrible experience at this place. Let me list down all the reasons for my opinion. (a) First being that for the price that we paid and the kind of service that we received we found it to be completely unreasonable. (b) We booked a classic king villa where we had a private pool only for the name being. Let me tell you it was not private at all. The boundaries surrounding it were extremely low which made us very uncomfortable to go inside it. (c) We also booked for a therapy session and we received a call from the management that they have booked it for a 4:30 slot and when we reached the therapy hut, we were asked to wait for another half an hour. (d) There were a couple other experiences that I booked for my husband's birthday like candle light dinner, breakfast in the pool etc. I had to enquire and request for the said services again and again. There was complete mismanagement, as no one was aware about what they were supposed to do. I had to coordinate amongst them. After doing the candle light dinner set up, they kept asking us to go and eat in the buffet, for the morning breakfast also I had to remind them again and again, even for the cake I had to call them and remind them that it was included. It was a complete chaos. We would never go back to a place where the management is so bad. Opening a resort in the middle of nowhere with such inexperienced people to handle even the minutest of tasks. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place.

Brilliant Location, Hospitality and Rooms. I have been to Sampala one as well but this one is far better than that. The only reason I am giving 4 is that there is no facility/accommodation available for drivers given the fact that this location is too far from Delhi/NCR.

The staff is very uncooperative with below average room service facilities. They are going to charge a good amount even for providing minimum of their services. There don't have any fixed written policy or rules (changes as per their convenience and benefits). Room stay was also not that good (scary lizards in the rooms). I think they need to increase the number of staffs in the property for providing much more safety and hospitality to the customers.

The moment we entered the resort we were like we have to come again here for birthday celebrations and we will let our relatives know about this property so that they can also come and enjoy here. We were like this would be our come again spot. We entered at 4PM and our check in time was 2PM and checkout time was 11AM next morning. I was with my kid and two family members, we booked luxury villa.. It doesn't matter to them which room you are reserving i think they are careless for everyone, we had to ask for toiletries thrice .. We had to come to reception for every single thing as their reception number was always busy .. The thing which pissed me off like anything is they didn't tell us about activities or any gaming zone. Next morning at 11 AM I called them and asked them do they have any activity area for kids then they said yes we have but it is till 8:30 or 9 AM and now it is your check out time. First things first nobody informed us about any activities or gaming zone and instead of accepting their mistake and apologising they said activity time is over and at the time of checkout when they asked about the stay i told them that nobody informed us about activities then at 11 when we were standing with our bags over there and our cab driver was waiting outside they said you can do the activities now. How unprofessional, my kid said I didn't get to do anything there the whole way till we reached home. What's the point of spending so much for a night stay where staff is not even bothered to inform the proper timings for the things which they have.. And moreover they started showing me the form that in this form timings are mentioned for everything and you signed it at the time of check-in. We were thinking to come again for celebrations the moment we entered and they totally changed our thoughts about it the moment we made an exit..

The staff and management team is not capable to resolve your concerns, unprofessional behaviour with no written policies, make rules by themselves and ask money for petty things. Property is nice but 0(poor) hospitality. (Asked entry money in property for 6month old child helper, even when no facility was asked for) Special mention for bad behaviour- Chanchal and Narender

The approach road should be better and the game area is bit noisy due to air pumps. Staff and service is good, rooms are clean and give a nice and quiet feeling away from the city life.
